Our Technical/Production Team tests samples to meet multi-standards such as FSC, GRS, GOTS and OEKO-TEX®. We will conduct additional testing for the customer, and provide test data and reports for all samples before bulk production.

Pre-Processing
This is the beginning of our service, starting from the design, we will provide you with a full range of support, including checking the color, choosing the right material, discussing the production process of the product, and even we can directly provide the design according to your requirements or according to your product Serve.
After you confirm the product design drawing, we will provide corresponding proofing services, and most of the proofing services are free.
Processing
Once your samples are confirmed and need to be put into production, don’t worry about our production capacity. As an enterprise with more than 15 years of experience in the industry, we will help you accurately convert your samples into bulk products, and control the quality of the products during the process. Quality, color and other factors.
You can rest assured of our production capacity, the production process includes but not limited to: printing, weaving, embroidery, heat transfer, hot stamping, UV and so on.

After-Processing
After the production of the goods is completed, NS has a very professional team to conduct quality inspection on your bulk goods to ensure that your bulk goods meet the industry quality requirements, NS company’s internal quality control requirements, and more importantly, your quality requirements.
Before the product is shipped, we will also carry out corresponding packaging according to your requirements, such as quantity and style, and our packaging materials can also be selected by you: carton packaging or plastic bag packaging. The logistics outer packaging of the product also uses 5 layers of corrugated paper to ensure that the product can reach your garment factory safely and without omission.
In addition, we can also provide you with corresponding product internal test reports before shipment, and these test reports are free.
